I asked for confirmation a few days ago, but Sky Sports are now reporting that Errol Spence Jr has been charged with drink driving.

Yeah its confirmed now he's been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, was just a matter of time. Numerous videos of him drunk in nightclubs and he did turn up to the Garcia vs Porter presser pissed.
Hes a very lucky man to be alive and not be facing a serious charges here, I hope he sees this as a chance to sort his problems out.
