starting to think now we will never see the fury/ aj fight.
i actually think in a year and half/ 2 years time we will still be asking is it going to happen and probably have wilder/ fury part 5 or 6 to look forward to lol.

I agree, Fury is starting to wind me up. I usually give the benefit of the doubt and say it wasn't the boxer it was his team, but in this case it's pretty clear Fury is part of the problem. Don't be surprised if this Fury vs Wilder trilogy doesn't actually happen either.

If it was me in Eddie's shoes, I would say F the lot of them and freeze them all out. If they want Joshua, they can go the mandatory route and genuinely force the fight and take a 25% flat rate, as that's the only way I will be convinced that any of these chumpions want to fight Joshua.

Twice Joshua's name has been used solely to promote another fight, then he's accused of ducking said fighter. It's a joke.

you know what hsf, part of me used to think before that possibly fury was ducking aj and just using his name, but where I am a big fury fan I didn't want to believe it, but now I am really starting to believe that fury wants nothing to do with aj and has no interest in fighting him.

Listened to Hearn the other day and you could see he was visually annoyed at what has happened, its hard to disagree with anything he said. The whole thing stinks.

Again that's only one side of the story. Warren coming out now saying there was legal issues with Usyk to overcome before fight was made and apparently there were other obstacles that haven't been discussed yet like how the broadcast rights were to divided.

Can't blame the fighters here. It's the teams behind them.

Good ol' fish eyes Frank will say anything to deflect negative attention. He should shoulder roll his way out of Boxing already, as he's been hanging by a thread for a long time now.

Think Warren deserves a lot of respect. Without Warren there might not be no British boxing scene at all today. After the tragic Michael Watson fight every fighter was ordered to take a MRI scan. The BBBofC couldn't afford this so it was Warren who funded every single boxers testing for several years.

Way I look at it, we will never really know how it fell apart. Hearn can say no1 tried but he had the Saudi links he wanted to take the reins. It didn't work out I'll not lose any sleep over it.

What happened 30 years ago has no relevence on the current Boxing scene, with how he and Arum totally decieved the Boxing fans.

It's not even that big of a deal, but it's an accumilation of absolute clangers from the whole boxing world that has done me in. This is just the straw that broke the camels back and I want to take it out on him. As someone who religiously watches Boxing, putting money into their pockets with PPV buys and channel subscriptions to BT Sport, SkySports and DAZN. Fish eyes Frank and Meyer Lanskys shoe shiner can spin on it.

Filthy rats the pair of them.

Sorry for my toxic rant, I am just done with Boxing and need to get it out of my system.

Your right mate boxing does itself no favours although in this one I don't think anyone is really to blame. All parties were aware the fight could essentially fall apart if Wilder won his case and the arbitration case was named as a clause in the contract. Bob Arum was assured by his lawyer that winning the case was a formality only problem was the opposing lawyer was just as confident.
If anybody involved in this give a damn about the fans the fight wouldn't be taking place in Saudi Arabia in the first place. Funny that Wembley is now suitable for Joshua V Usyk.
If we can take any positive from this its as fans we are getting two good alternatives to the one we want and if somehow they can sort a deal out for the fight to happen in December we could get an even better fight. Travel restrictions will hopefully be lifted by then and searing temperatures in the Middle East will be more suited to staging a heavyweight contest outdoors.
